An independent self-starter with a "get it done" attitude, Emily carries over 18 years of experience in customer service and operations management. Her journey has equipped her with a strong ability to collaborate effectively, ensuring teams achieve shared goals while utilizing project planning skills and organizational techniques. Emily is adept in technology, with proficiency in PC hardware and software, and is always eager to acquire new skills.


In her role as Stewardship Coordinator at TERI Inc., Emily supports the Development Team by managing back-end programs and fostering connections with new donors. Previously, as the Owner of a small business for 9 years, she streamlined operations, managed payroll, and oversaw team dynamics while cultivating lasting client relationships through personalized service. With a degree in Art, she was able to take charge of marketing and design, enhancing the business's look and feel, and creating a cohesive brand identity through website design and social media presence.


When not at work, Emily enjoys taking a stroll through various North County trails with her dogs and managing an online gaming community. Her passion for people and brain for problem solving doesn't stop even on a day off!
